The Supreme Court: John Marshall In-Person
REGISTRATION FOR THIS PROGRAM OPENS FEBRUARY 23RD.
Dr. John Foster of Mentor Public Library presents the first lecture in his series for 2023: the History of the US Supreme Court as told through the stories of important justices. John Marshall was a giant of the early court. In his 34 year tenure (1801-1835) as Chief Justice, Marshall wrote decisions that continue to shape the United States to the present day.
