The Nature Conservancy's Restoration Work in Northeastern Ohio Online

The Nature Conservancy is leading a partnership of 9 conservation partners improving the quality of wetland, flood plain, and coastal plant communities from Mentor to Conneaut and throughout the Grand River Watershed. Supported by a grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation with funds from the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative, this partnership will improve habitat for rare and threatened species and improve water quality of Lake Erie. Andrew Bishop, NE Ohio Restoration Manager, will present on the impacts of invasive species, how land managers handle them, the benefits of collaboration, and what residents can do to help. Registration begins July 8.
