Brain Balance: Combating Anxiety Workshop Online
This zoom class, presented by Erin Hill from Branches of Wellness, explores movement therapy & breath work techniques geared to reduce anxiety, stress, & overwhelm, while helping the brain to process anger, grief, trauma and other difficult emotions. The movement breath work formula also promotes healthy development & aging in the brain while reducing inflammation in the nervous system. All exercises can be done seated or standing up. *Foundation of the class comes from BrainDance by Anne green Gilbert & other yoga & wellness foundations.
