Stress Relief Yoga Online

Registration to receive link to attend. Explore the lifelong benefits of yoga to your overall health and in particular to help relieve stress. An instructor from Awaken Yoga will lead this free class. No experience necessary. 

This program will be a live Zoom event. Details on how to join the meeting will be sent directly to registrants in an email at the time of registration. Please check your “Spam” folder if you do not see the email. This program will be recorded and available for viewing at a future date for a limited time on the library's website, Facebook, and YouTube page.
