America in the 1920's: Arts and Culture @ Lake Online
While the United States was still feeling the aftermath of World War I, art, literature, music, film, and dance flourished during the 1920’s. Additionally, Prohibition went into effect nationwide in 1920 and the country experienced a rise in crime and violence during that decade.
Library Associate Traci from the Lake Branch will highlight famous individuals, artwork, music, films and events during the Roaring Twenties.
This program will be a live Zoom event. Details on how to join the meeting will be sent directly to registrants in an email one day before the event will take place. Please check your “Spam” folder if you do not see the email within 24 hours of the event.
This program will be recorded and available for viewing at a future date on the library's website, Facebook, and YouTube page.
