Registration begins July 22nd. Join author Barbara Marlowe as she shares how a single newspaper article changed her life forever. Hear the inspirational story of a woman who moved mountains to provide medical care for an Iraqui girl badly burned during a roadside attack. After seeing a picture of four-year-old Teeba Furat in the newspaper, head and hands covered in burns after a roadside bombing in the Diyala Province of Iraq, Marlowe felt the pull of a love that reached across cultures and continents. Get a firsthand account of this amazing story which forms the basis of Marlowe's book, A Brave Face.
