An Introduction into Depression
Have you experienced mood swings or angry outbursts? Are you not interested in things you once loved to do? When someone experiences loss, it is natural to be sad, but if these feelings impair your daily life, it could be an indication of depression. Come hear Jennifer McClellan Johnson, MBA, MSSA, LISW-S, an Impairment Prevention Educator from the Cleveland Clinic discuss risks, symptoms and treatment options of depression and seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
