Registration begins Aug. 29. Often the stress and anxiety in our lives manifests as tension in our bodies. Join us for a yoga session focused entirely on relieving your stress. An instructor from Awaken Yoga will lead this free class. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
