Stress Relief Yoga In-Person
Registration begins Aug. 29. Join us for a yoga session focused entirely on relieving your stress. Explore yoga postures (asanas), breath awareness and relaxation to relieve stress. Jennifer Langsdale, owner Awaken Yoga, has over 15 years of teaching experience and will lead this free class. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat.
