Dew of Death: The Story of the Willoughby Chemical Weapons Plant In-Person

Registration begins Aug. 8th. In partnership with the Lake County History Center, we will have a presentation with Jeffrey Frischkorn, the former writer for the News Herald and Author of a series of articles about the history of the former Ben Hur Motor Co. plant (AKA Ohio Rubber Company) that was converted to a functioning chemical weapons plant during WWI. Jeffrey will take us back through 100 years of Lake County history to discuss the story of the top-secret chemical weapon agent called Lewisite.
