Meditation In-Person

Part 2 of our Meditation series. (New mediators welcome.) What is meditation and how can it help you age in a healthy way? This fun and interactive program will teach you what meditation is (and what it isn’t), how to meditate, and its positive effects on the brain as we age. We will discuss different types of meditation available and part of class will be spent meditating together as a group! Chera Ihnat from Kemper House will be teaching this session.
