Tai Chi for Arthritis In-Person
Registration begins February 4th. Libby Hill, Master Trainer for Tai Chi for Health Institute, will lead you in a series of slow gentle movements that will help reduce pain, increase strength, and improve balance. All experience levels welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes.
Due to demand, limited seating, and/or cost of supplies, anyone who signs up for and misses TWO programs without giving at least 24 hours’ notice may be placed on the waitlist for the next program they register for. Click here for more information on the library's program-attendance procedure.
