COOKBOOK CLUB In-Person
Once per month, we host a cookbook club-meets-potluck event that always draws a crowd. Each member picks a recipe from the same book and they bring in the dish to share. Led by local chef LaDonna Oltmanns. The result is a potluck with lots of talk about cooking and recipes and how to improve on them. This month's cookbook is 101 Asian Dishes You Need to Cook Before You Die by Jet Tila (or other available Asian cookbooks). Please bring a plate and utensils for yourself and a serving spoon for your dish.
Space is limited. Starting December 16, check with the information desk to see if space and a copy of the cookbook are available for this month's meeting. Follow food safety protocols when preparing and serving food. Please have a copy of the recipe available.
