Tai Chi for Health In-Person

Registration begins May 7th. Tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. This monthly class, lead by Libby Hill, Senior Trainer for Tai Chi for Health Institute, will focus on a series of slow gentle movements, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. All experience levels welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes.
