Ingredient Deep Dive: Olive Oil In-Person
Registration opens December 31, 2024. Embrace the healthy fat olive oil with this informative presentation. Join former Chef Stefanie Paganini and learn all about olive oil. Stefanie will share how olives are turned into olive oil and discuss the variations and grades of olive oil. She will guide patrons in a tasting of various olive oils. Class size is limited to 40 patrons. Registration is required.
