Escaping the Moon's Shadow In-Person
Registration begins February 8. Learn about the Moon and the total solar eclipse happening this spring, the last one in the contiguous United States until 2044! We will learn facts about the moon, solar eclipses, and how to use a telescope. After the talk, we will have telescopes set up for a moon viewing outside. The event is open to all ages, but registration is required. This program presented by the Mentor-on-the-Lake Star Seekers. Each attendee will receive one free pair of eclipse viewing glasses to save for the April 8 eclipse.
