(FULL) In the Shadow of the Moon: Total Eclipse 2024 In-Person
REGISTRATION BEGINS MARCH 5. The total solar eclipse that will dazzle spectators in North America - including Cleveland - on April 8, 2024, is an event not to be missed. Total eclipses offer a chance to do both significant scientific observations and experiments and to observe an act of nature that has inspired, confused, and terrified people over countless millennia. We'll examine the astronomy of eclipses and their cultural impact throughout history. Presented by Kevin Magee. Space is limited. Please register in advance beginning March 5.
**Please note that eclipse glasses will be distributed at the end of this program and only to those present. Each attendee may receive one pair of eclipse glasses.
