Leaders & Legacies of the Civil War: Lady Against Lady - First Ladies & the Civil War In-Person
REGISTRATION OPENS FOUR WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE EVENT.
First Ladies Harriet Lane, Mary Lincoln, Julia Grant, and Lucy Hayes all had unique eyewitness accounts to the events before, during, and after the Civil War. Through their stories, we’ll see how this deadly American conflict over slavery impacted the women married to the men in charge.
