Aromatherapy and Yoga for Better Sleep In-Person

Registration begins October 1. Create your own signature pillow spray to help aid with a better night’s sleep. Attendees will also understand how essential oils are scientifically proven to aid with helping sleep. This is paired with a guided yoga lesson of poses to do before bed for the ultimate relaxation.
